Cooking Services 

This term describes the following:

  • Shopping required for the meal.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Serving.
  • Cleaning the kitchen after cooking.  (Utensils, benches and cooking machinery. This does not include us waiting for the guests to finish their meal and clean up the plates, glasses etc.)


Rates for 2024, up to 12 people: 

220 € standard meal (up to 3-4 starters, up to 2 main courses and 1 dessert) + 24% VAT + groceries
240 € BBQ + 24% VAT + groceries
270 € cooking class + 24% VAT + groceries 

The cost of the groceries is being paid locally every day in cash upon receipt.

If a customer uses our services for more than three meals, gets a 10% discount.
Our base is in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. We go without extra mile charge within the radius that covers the region from Hersonissos to Kavousi.

Chicken

  • Chicken with lemon and potatoes in the oven
  • Stuffed chicken (with bacon sausages pepperoni cheese onion garlic)
  • Chicken bites with mushrooms and peppers
  • Chicken soup

Lamb

  • Drunken lamb in the oven (with red wine, tomato, onions)
  • Casserole lamb "tsigariasto"

Veal

  • Veal in red sauce with onions (stiffado)
  • Veal wrapped in eggplant sheets
  • Soup with veal and vegetables

Pork

  • Pork avgolemono (lemon and egg sauce) with rice or potatoes
  • Pork prasoselino (with celery and leeks)
  • Pork tigania (with red wine, fried)
  • Bekri mezes (casserole spicy pork)

Fresh Fish (on demand)

  • Lentils with tomato or lemon sauce

Menu is flexible and always adjusted to customers' tastes and wishes.

Olive oil of best quality is used for all recipes and all pastries mentioned are home made.
All ingredients needed are being purchased daily, best as can be, organic and small production units are preferred.
